Is a deposit required to reserve a space?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount varies by space and event size — our events team will provide the exact figure when they respond to your inquiry.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends when the backyard fills quickly. Reach out as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
Can I bring outside food or catering?
Outside catering is not permitted. All food and beverage for events at Taqueria Milear is provided by our kitchen — this ensures every guest experiences the same quality and authentic flavors we're known for.
Can I decorate the space?
Light, non-damaging décor is welcome — flowers, candles, balloons, and table settings. Please check with our events team before bringing in any external vendors or large installations.
Is AV equipment available?
Basic audio is available in both spaces. If you require a projector, microphone, or additional AV setup, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
